Barley Cottage sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms, Old Granary sleeps 2 in one large bedroom with King-size bed. The cottages have full use of our two large sun terraces, garden, children’s play area, games room (with full size skittle alley, table tennis & much more) and car parking. With Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, RSPB Chapel Wood and the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve at Braunton Burrows so close to us, it is no wonder that we also attract artists, photographers and bird watchers.
We can also offer luxury Bed & Breakfast in our guest house, Denham House, at competitive prices. We have double, twin and family rooms all with en-suite facilities, 2 guest lounges, garden and private car parking. Double rooms (2 sharing) from £60.00 per night for the room and full English breakfast. Twin rooms from £65.00 per night , family room for 3 from £90.00 per night and our Family Suite for 4 from £100.00 per night. Alternative vegetarian breakfast & special diets (e.g. gluten free) can be catered for with advance notice.
Pets – sorry we do not accept pets in either of our cottages except registered working guide/ hearing dogs.
Eco Friendly – We are working hard to reduce our footprint and wherever possible we actively encourage recycling of all waste in both of our cottages.
