If your business is already listed on croydedevon.co.uk then you can simply take control of the listing by claiming it.
Firstly, find your business page in the directory. When viewing the page, you should see a blue button saying “Own this Business?”. Press it and complete the short form, making sure you include your name, email address, phone number and chosen username (can be anything as long as it isn’t already registered).
You can also leave us a message before submitting the claim.
This information will then be passed to us, and we’ll more than likely contact you directly to confirm you are the actual owner of that business.
Once confirmed, you will have control of the listing, and your log in details will be provided.
You will then have a period of 24hrs before your listing requires “upgrading”.
What this actually means is that your listing is switching from our ownership to yours, and in order for things to continue this way, you must choose one of the subscription methods.
